Abstract
As I have come to the “end” of a long journey tracing the historical footsteps of Mei Lanfang on the twentieth-century international stage, before turning the last page of this book on the historical place and presence of the Chinese actor, I want to look back and reflect upon the findings I have made during this fascinating journey full of excitements and surprises.
