Abstract

Rachid Slimi graduated from the Public Management Institute of George Washington University, Washington DC, has a Masters in Political Science and Public Finance from Mohamed V University in Rabat. Mr. Slimi has developed his career in finance and management in different roles, including equity analyst for La Banque Commerciale du Maroc, advisor to the minister of finance in Rabat, head of the cabinet of the minister of education in Rabat, director of the OCP (Office Chérifien des Phosphates) in Casablanca, vice-president of development and communication of the Al Akhawayn University in Ifrane and executive director for strategy and development of the CDG (Caisse de Dépôt et de Gestion).
