Abstract
MBV was born many years ago. In fact, MBV principles have been used ever since the first human attempts were made to organize work. Nonetheless, the articulation of MBV by us has been sequential and follows a series of internal debates and events based on the respective complementary experiences of the three authors.
‘It is necessary to think about a new type of company with a new type of sensitive person in mind and about responsible freedom, that is to say, with maximum creative potential, because there is no creativity without freedom. And through this sensitivity, this type of person may feel the need to promote and firmly encourage moral, cultural, ethical and aesthetic values at a personal and social level, so that these values converge and do not diverge as has been the case until now, with the admirable material development of our time.’
(Pere Duran Farell, RIP, Former President of Natural Gas — Spain)
