Abstract
If you’ve ever heard phrases like “She really fills a room” or “He commands attention,” what you are hearing about is executive presence. When a person with executive presence walks into a room, you notice. When someone like this speaks, you pay attention. You take notes. You remember. You find yourself quoting the person. And you want executive presence, too. The question is: How to develop it?
