Abstract
If, as we believe, a gender bias persists in our large companies and it is imposing an opportunity cost on shareholders, its removal is in everyone’s interests. But you can’t begin to remove a bias before you have acknowledged its existence. For a bias to be remediable, it must first become discussable.
