Abstract
This Appendix investigates the interaction of two generations at any given time: the young and the old trade with each other. We shall confine our attention to a closed exchange economy where output is equal to consumption and there is neither capital accumulation nor output storage. This Appendix is a simplified and revised version of Gale (1973, Part I).
