  • Chapter
Problem-Driven Management

Abstract

In this chapter, we conclude our work by presenting a list of actions which, if they are fully performed, will produce a rather complete implementation of PDM. Of course, considerable effort is required to implement the system in all its glory. However, the possible results are equally impressive. They represent a complete change in the way the firm works and point to goals that, until now, many companies have not even considered.
