Abstract
In the discussion that follows, the concept of psycho-terror provides a bridge that enables the investigation of common causes, and mutually furthering moments in workplace bullying/violence and global terrorism. The approach taken examines these phenomena through lenses of post traumatic stress, identity, organization, urbanization and gender, as well as lineages of victimization in Western thought.
