Abstract

“No CEO should be paid more than 10 times the amount that the lowest paid worker in the organization receives.” Discuss. Who dares to disagree? Who dares to suggest the education level, stress and workload of top people is often easily 10 times that of their support staff? And what of the consequences of the cock-ups made by an incumbent in the top job versus the most lowly paid worker?
