Abstract
Anna Urnova runs a group coaching session with several challenging participants. One of the managers, who is significantly older than the coach and the other participants, is initially cooperative and signals that she has learned something. However, after the end of the group coaching session and on the eve of individual meetings between coaches and coachees, the participant refuses to participate and talks negatively about the whole coaching experience.
