Abstract
The eagle flies gracefully in the sky, and then all of a sudden it swoops down on its prey. In an instant the graceful flying has become a powerful dive that ends in a tight grip on the prey. The eagle chooses its moment and then grips intensely. If we tried to grip every moment we would be exhausted. But which moments do we grip, and how do we ensure that there is a coherence in what we focus on? It is the moments that we grip that often change our lives.
