Abstract
In this chapter, we address how to bring together the countless job seekers who are motivated to work and the many unsatisfied needs in society today. Clearly, this problem challenges the role of entrepreneurs. The essence of entrepreneurialism is devising and realizing economically viable ways to merge needs and resources. We can take this issue as an invitation to further our understanding of the following questions: What exactly is this entrepreneurialism which we so badly need? What are the spheres of entrepreneurial commitment and responsibility? What conditions are required for entrepreneurialism to grow and expand?
