Abstract
As a program director and leadership coach at the INSEAD Global Leadership Center (IGLC), I have worked with hundreds of executives in a group coaching format to help them become more effective leaders within their organizations. Of these executives, most benefit in some way from the coaching process, but, as with any endeavor, some use the opportunity to develop and grow more than others.
