Abstract

Our goal in writing this book is to encourage outsourcing professionals—including those in companies that outsource and those at service providers—to take Einstein’s advice and think beyond conventional transaction-based outsourcing business models in search of a better way to outsource. We hope that after reading this book you begin to face your outsourcing opportunities with a new level of thinking and embrace Vested Outsourcing as a means of developing better relationships with your suppliers and customers.
