Abstract
No other question encapsulates the drive for continuous improvement permeating today’s business environment. It is what drives people like Albert Einstein and Thomas Edison to challenge the status quo to create not just better products but also better solutions. It is what drives businesspeople to solve complex problems to meet customer needs.
