Abstract
In-school physical education has one clear advantage over after-school and summer programs: It reaches most students who attend public schools. As sport psychologists Shields and Bredemeier (1995) argued, “Physical education remains the largest organized setting for physical activity” (p. 199).
Teaching is hard. Some days you’ll have good days and some days you’ll have bad days.
