Abstract

This chapter extends the development of the company to the current day (2016) and in particular its status as a global company with a presence on six continents. The current four business streams are described and analysed. The internationalisation is approached through various theories. In particular, where public service contracts and license arrangements are concerned it is suggested that institutional theory has a potential relevance
