Abstract

The concept of ‘customer experience’ has always been with us. You only have to think of the 1992 film, Home Alone 2, starring Macaulay Culkin. About 30 minutes into the film we hear the New York Plaza Hotel advertised as ‘New York’s most exciting hotel experience.’
