The Blueprint

Abstract

When Desmond found himself in the emergency room with pneumonia, he was surprised by the level of service he received. He was expecting a worstcase scenario: waiting for hours, getting little attention, and suffering among the gunshot victims. Instead, the staff was swift, respectful, and very caring. He and his family were treated with the utmost care from the moment he checked in, through various tests, and until he was discharged. He was pleasantly surprised and realized it was time to find a new doctor and practice that offered the same level of care as the emergency room.
