Abstract

The previous 15 chapters in this book have provided solid evidence that there is a revolution taking place in banking, most particularly in personal services supported by information technology. Underpinning this ongoing evolution is global networking, computer-based models and database mining used as competitive weapons by today’s businesses as well as in payment systems.
