Workers’ Refusal to Consent

This chapter analyzes the radical workers who are quite unsusceptible to legal hegemony. The labor law system fails to shape their worldviews or actions in favor of capital accumulation; they have formulated radical challenges to both the capitalist economy and the party-state.
