Offspring :—Prince Jean, born January 5, 1921, Princess Elisabeth, bom December 23, 1922, Princess Marie-Adelaide, born May 21, 1924, and Princess Marie-Gabrielle, born August 2, 1925. Sisters of the Grand Duchess :—Princess Marie-Adelaide, born June 14, 1894, died January 24, 1924; Princess Hilda, born February 15, 1897; Princess Antoinette, born October 7, 1899; Princess Elisabeth, born March 7, 1901; Princess Sophie, born February 14, 1902.
