Abstract
The influence of different amounts of solubilized water on possible structural transformations in water-oil-microemulsions (H2O/AOT/i-C8H18) has been investigated with the help of the Photon-Sampling-Technique (Nanosecondfluorescence Spectroscopy). Experimental findings vould be related to the structure of the interfacial surfactant layer and its variation with the solubilized water. Also, information on the binding of the label to the surfactant layer (micellar „membrane”) could be obtained from the rotational correlation times.
