Abstract
The statistical evaluation of the influence of ethylene-propylene block copolymer (EPB) and ethylene-vinylacetate copolymer (EVA) contents in blends, as well as time-temperature conditions of blending were studied in relation to phase morphology and mechanical properties of these blends.
The morphology and mechanical properties of binary EPB/EVA blends are markedly influenced by polymer composition. Desirable properties have been obtained by changing the blending conditions, for the same EVA content.
