Abstract
In the well-known one-dimensional charge density wave conductor niobium triselenide we have observed photon assisted tunneling applying the method of phase resolved harmonic mixing at 9.5 GHz. The observed absolute phase shift scales with the dielectric constant which indicates that the tunneling time constant is the dielectric relaxation time.

Philipp, Solid State Comm. 50, 223 (1984), the ordinate scale in Fig. 3 of this paper in units of nV can equally well be taken in units of nA since the input impedance of the detector was 1 ohm which is small compared with the sample impedance, i.e., the detector actually acted as an ammeter.
