Abstract

The random neighbor version of the Bak-Sneppen model of self-organized biological evolution is studied by using of master equation. The exact solutions of master equations are constructed both for infinite and for finite systems. The large time asymptotic for dynamical characteristics of the system is analyzed. The simplest of the receiving by variable transformations forms of the master equation is found.
