Abstract
For rapid and easy service development and deployment, the concept of Service Creation Environment (SCE) has emerged. The SCE helps creation of the service logic and the service database schema by using automated tools. The service logic and service database schema creation is based on SIBs of ITU-T CS-1. In this paper, we show the design and implementation of our SCE system. And also, we describe the service database design process for database creation and the database information translation process, which is one of the most difficult part in service creation process.
