Abstract
We analysed the x-ray spectra of H-like and He-like iron ions from a solar flare observed by Hinotori satellite, taking into account of a possible contribution of high energy electrons. The time behaviour of the relative densities of iron ions was calculated for a plasma of nonequilibrium ionization in the presence of suprathermal electrons of a few percent fraction. This model can reproduce the time evolution of the H-like and He-like spectra consistently.
