Modelling the temporal summation of neural membranes using the Ada language

Abstract

This paper describes a program to model the construction and operation of a neural network and the process of temporal summation across the neural membrane, using the tasking facilities of the Ada language. The program is controlled by an agenda. The system has been written without compromising the safe features provided by the language.
