Change Management and User Adoption

Abstract

Change management is the disciplined way of preparing and supporting individuals, teams, or even organizations in making organization change. It is an important building block to be incorporated for the success of that new technology, system, or ways of working in a sustainable way in that organization. This includes the ways that refocus or redefine the resources used, business processes, budget allocations, or any other operations means so as to reshape materially a company or organization.
