Abstract

We now have a solid, multi-faceted plan for what we want to build, backed by research, and put through the scrutiny of problem definition and solution exploration. Our empowerment statements give us our key product hooks, our moment flows provide the discrete moment-by-moment experience on which we want our users to embark, our initiative canvas lays out our intentions and desired outcomes in a team-agnostic model, and our user flows and happy path help us envision how all of this links together. Our next steps are to define, describe, and finally design both the system and the interface that will deliver on this plan.
