Abstract
This chapter aims to investigate the relationship between talent management and organisational agility utilising various agile capabilities. Design/methodology/approach: Fifty employees from a wide range of Vadodara-based businesses, non-profits, and government agencies were surveyed as part of this study. SmartPLS 3.3.2 was used to do an analysis of the proposed model using partial least squares structural equation modelling. Findings: The survey results will reveal a significant positive association between competencies and talent management. As part of the study, the authors looked at the connections between agile talent management practices for agility in the organisation as well as the many competencies of an organisation that must be taken into account by employers when implementing agility. The research showed that the foundations of an agile organisation are its people: their agile competencies. If a company wants to successfully manage people in an agile company, it has to place a premium on developing its workforce’s agility.
