Navigating the Intersection of Business, Sustainability and Technology

Abstract

The primary goal of the study was to determine how environmental factors and the use of financial and regulatory technology affected improving the operational performance of banks. To address questions and test the study's hypotheses, the researcher relied on an analytical descriptive approach. A questionnaire was used as a tool for the study and was distributed following evaluation and arbitration by several experts on a sample. Branch managers, department heads, and staff from the (98) single banks registered with the Central Bank of Egypt make up the study's participants. The study's findings demonstrated a statistically significant link between financial and regulatory technologies and raising Egyptian banks’ operational performance at a significant level (0.05). The study also recommended that banks should make more use of the benefits of artificial intelligence techniques and information technology related to the financial and organizational aspects because of their effective role in improving operational performance.
