Abstract

This article analyzes a set of factors affecting the stability and development of small- and medium-sized enterprises in the post-Covid era including external resources and innovation management. The SEM model is built based on the hypotheses about the influencing factors and the data set collected from 100 small and medium enterprises in Vietnam. The test results show that with R-square = 0.811 and Cronbach's alpha = 0.658, the main hypotheses are accepted, proving that innovation management and external resources influence the stability and development of small- and medium-sized enterprises in Vietnam.
