Abstract
In the trend of diversification and multilateralization of the process of international economic integration, Vietnam is increasingly opening up and participating in many bilateral and multilateral FTAs in many different fields. One of the FTAs that is said to have the greatest impact on Vietnam’s socio-economic development in the near future is the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP). The CPTPP Agreement has come into force with Vietnam since 2019 and so far has brought a lot of benefits to Vietnam in many different aspects. However, in reality, not everyone has certain understanding about the important agreement. Not only businesses but also students themselves who are sitting in universities and colleges need to grasp and have a certain understanding of the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP). In order to have a good awareness of trade agreements in general and the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) in particular, students themselves need to be aware of its necessity in the current digital economy. Research on selection of research scope at Hanoi University of Industry to assess the factors affecting student’s perception of the CPTPP Agreement. Research results show that knowledge has the strongest impact on students’ perception of this agreement. The results of multivariable linear regression model analysis also showed factors affecting students’ perception (including: knowledge, learning environment, students themselves, family environment, politics, etc.) government books.
