Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has encouraged the growth of many startup companies in Indonesia. However, not all startups are able to survive and achieve long-term success, many factors affect startups in maintaining the sustainability of their business and organization. To overcome this challenge, a knowledge management (KM) approach has emerged as a potential solution. However, implementing KM in the startup has complexities. This study aims to develop a strategy that can help startup companies identify KM solutions that suit their characteristics and challenges. The strategy development in this study is based on the concept of Knowledge Management Solution. Knowledge Management Solution is a concept that can be applied to find the best KM solution according to the characteristics of the company. By implementing this strategy, startup companies are expected to manage their knowledge more effectively, improve innovation capabilities, and achieve sustainable growth.
