Abstract

The research presents a Model for Knowledge Management applied in organizations that consider the intelligence of their employees as an intangible asset. An explanatory analytical methodology is applied to study the models proposed by some authors to propose a new model of knowledge management focused on sustainable development. The proposed model has the following system: Socialization, Creation, Dissemination, and Application.
