Abstract

In the past two decades, the diversion training of large categories of enrollment in Chinese colleges and universities has been deeply loved by various schools, and this training mode has gradually become the major trend of college education and teaching reform. This paper first selects the empirical analysis of the questionnaire. A total of 200 college students from 7 universities in China were selected for the survey in the online questionnaire, including 113 from Anhui University of Architecture, 15 from Hefei University of Technology, 12 from Nankai University, 21 from Wuhan University, 10 from Anhui University of Engineering, 14 from Anhui University of Technology and 15 from Shanghai Vocational and Technical College of Transportation. In terms of collecting data on the flow of graduates, it is obtained by sorting out the internal office network resources of Anhui University and Technical Secondary School Graduates Employment Information Network. Among them, 60 students majoring in accounting and 40 students majoring in financial management were included. Through the questionnaire analysis, the students were able to master the situation of the diversion and cultivation of college students’ major enrollment and the employment situation of college students after graduation. According to the analysis of college students’ employment, 79% of the respondents are students in the province and 21% are students outside the province. In choosing employment areas, 60% of graduates choose to stay in the province and the remaining 40% choose to work outside the province. The specific data shows that among the students surveyed in the province, 52% choose to stay in the province and 27% choose to work outside the province; Among the surveyed students from outside the province, 8% chose to stay in Anhui for employment, 6% chose to return to work in the original province, 5% chose to work in other cities, and 2% chose to work outside the province. The above data show that most graduates choose to work in this province due to employment development and their own reasons, and most graduates who work outside the province also prefer to work in other provinces or first-tier cities such as Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou, which are close to home. Secondly, this paper models and analyzes the influencing factors of college students’ major choice, and analyzes the influence of six factors of college students’ major choice: gender, birthplace, personal interest, parents’ will, influence of friends and others, and employment prospects, and establishes an econometric model and conducts empirical analysis. Finally, the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for business administration college students, business administration graduates and empirical analysis.
