Abstract
Negative effects, such an increase in mental workload, difficulty focusing, and physical health problems, can result from stress. Due to psychological stress that affects farmers’ mental health and productivity, musculoskeletal discomforts and disorders might lead to major health issues. Sometimes employees become uneasy working in unsanitary environments, such as dairy farms. The present study was built on a thorough examination of the literature and a review of publications that focused on the mental strain and workload of framers. It showed that farming is a stressful occupation because of the money, weather, labour overload, social interaction, and agricultural difficulties are main causes of workplace hazard. Similar to farmers, construction site workers’ physiological factors are impacted by their hard workload, and evidence suggests that their substantial mental workload is to blame for their high levels of stress.
