Abstract

Once again, as open penile injury or constricting devices are readily observed in physical examination, more attention will be given to penile fracture in this discussion. The diagnosis of a penile fracture can be made from the classic clinical triad of an audible crack during sexual activity, detumescence, and the appearance of hematoma [1].
