Abstract

The construction of a digital government is an important decision and deployment of the CPC Central Committee and State Council. The report of the 19th National Congress of the Party proposed to strengthen the construction of a “digital China.” Later, the 2018 government work report once again emphasized the promotion of “Internet + government services.”
