Abstract
Some physical education teachers have ambiguous understanding of the relationship between exercise load and density in physical education classrooms. There are many current situations where the arrangement of exercise load and density is unreasonable. The compulsory education in Dongcheng District makes full use of modern information technology to monitor the exercise load and density of students in different grades in each school. According to different types of sports, the school tracks the effect of physical exercise on students of all ages, which forms a reference basis for primary and middle school students to participate in sports activities, and guides physical education teachers to design physical education classrooms scientifically and rationally.
