Abstract
It is in the interests of all children everywhere, we wish to say, that they have access to every opportunity to flourish in their childhood. It is also in their interests to have the opportunity to grow into adults who may flourish not only as individuals, but as citizens who are able and disposed to contribute to the sustained (and sustainable) flourishing of their communities, both local and global, including at ecosystemic and planetary levels.
