Abstract
In this chapter, we summarize the implication of Web3 & metaverse. In the first section, we discuss how Web3 enables other fields. Specifically, we show our understanding of the correlations among the concepts of Web3, blockchain, DAO, NFT, and metaverse. In the next section, we then summarize how to participate in metaverse from the perspective of users and practitioners, including two topics: (i) the way to join metaverse ecology for ordinary users and (ii) the routine of participating in the development of metaverse for practitioners.
