Abstract

In previous chapters, there are chemicals categorized as carcinogenic, endocrine-disrupting, and nano-size substances. Estimating the safe dose of these chemicals is very difficult with the NOAEL approach, which is suitable for general chemicals. It is also based on animal experiments and epidemiological studies. In this chapter, we will see some cases of health risk assessment and then see perspectives for the integration of health risk assessment of chemicals.
