Abstract

In the previous chapter, it is difficult to estimate the safe dose of carcinogenic chemicals by the traditional approach (NOAEL approach). The situation of endocrine-disrupting chemicals (endocrine disruptors) is the same, since their kinetics is nonmonotonic. In this chapter, it is shown how the endocrine disruptors kinetically work and how to regulate the concentration for daily uptake.
