Abstract

In this chapter, we introduce epigenetics to understand the mechanism of the transgenerational inheritance of chemical toxicity. First, we see that epigenetics take place in general biology. Then, we see the mechanism of epigenetics and epigenetic disorders such as Rett syndrome, Fragile X syndrome, ADHD, and autism.
