Abstract
A 34-year-old female presented with a large thyroid nodule of the right lobe of thyroid causing compressive features. On assessment, it was a euthyroid solitary nodule of the right lobe with a significant deviation of the trachea. The US scan could not visualize the left lobe clearly.
