Abstract
This chapter comprehensively combines the laws, regulations, policies, and other theories contained in the “visible hand” of the government, as well as the theories on the demand side, the supply side, and the platform side contained in the “invisible hand” of the market, and profoundly interprets the principles of “enabling government” and “efficient market” and how they work together in the field of e-commerce. It helps readers to understand the knowledge of demand side, supply side, and platform side contained in the market theory of e-commerce and grasp the influence of government theory and market theory on e-commerce.
