1 Introduction

Popularization and development of modern fabricated buildings in rural areas. With the promotion of rural revitalization, assembled decoration technology has gradually begun to be applied in rural human settlements. Factory production and prefabricated buildings have become the new goals of the industry development, which is the fourth stage of the development of the architectural decoration industry, that is, the industrialization stage [1]. According to the data released by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, in 2019, the construction area of prefabricated decoration in China was 45.29 million square meters. In 2021, China's assembly decoration area was 83.08 million square meters. Assembled decoration technology has been relatively mature, but users still choose less. There are various obstacles in the adoption of prefabricated buildings, such as low integration, high capital cost, low market share and so on, and the adoption of prefabricated building technology lags behind expectations [2]. This is also the main problem of assembly and decoration technology in rural areas. Therefore, we should learn from the mature mode of BIM + AR in the application of prefabricated buildings, and optimize the problems of low integration, high cost and low market share in the application of prefabricated decoration technology. Research on the application of BIM + AR smart assembled decoration technology for rural living environment; Because of the lack of the latest literature. The research results can be used as relevant research materials, providing new ideas and methods for rural revitalization and digital rural construction.

2 Technical Characteristics

BIM technology is a combination of building information models that digitally complete all kinds of design and management work from design to construction, and is widely used in the field of assembly building construction. Augmented Reality (AR) technology visualizes the process of construction inspection, upgrading and maintenance, which is more convenient for construction management and collaborative design. In the future, the home improvement industry will move towards category differentiation, and standardization and customization are two major trends. Although the government of China has formulated various policies to promote the adoption of prefabricated building technology, theoretical research has fully proved that the adoption of innovative technologies will help to achieve sustainable development [3]. The integration of BIM + AR has been gradually transformed in the field of tooling, and more CAD + Sketchup mode are adopted in home improvement construction. Due to industrialization, the home improvement industry has gradually transformed into assembly decoration, and there is an excessive phenomenon in the construction party after the transformation. CAD + Sketchup mode is used for assembly decoration, CAD drawing and calculation of materials, and sketchup visualization effect. The relationship between the two is that Sketchup's model depends on CAD drawings for modeling, which will reduce integration and the information management degree of assembled decoration. Table 1 below shows the degree of matching between technical mode and project management. Subsequently, the degree of construction connection and construction management decreased, resulting in cost being out of control, and many such phenomena are also one of the factors that slow the growth of market share. Therefore, BIM + AR mode is a better combination way to connect with prefabricated decoration and give full play to its advantages.

3 Rural Technical Standards

With the influx of young residents from rural areas into cities, the rural labor force is insufficient [4]. The population living in rural areas has also decreased dramatically. With the promotion of the rural revitalization strategy, the relationship between workers, farmers and cities will be further adjusted, the gap between urban and rural areas will be narrowed, and all people who go out will gradually return to their hometowns. Long-term living in the city, adaptation to the urban living environment, and the difference between returning to the rural living environment will make many people feel uncomfortable. The improvement of the living environment in rural areas is the main considerations for most people who are preparing to return to their hometowns for development.

With the promotion of rural revitalization, the communication of information and the improvement of infrastructure construction, many residents in modern rural areas choose prefabricated decoration. However, due to low integration, high cost and low market share, most people's understanding of assembled decoration is still a technical way, which is different from the traditional material construction technology. The assembly and decoration process of CAD + Sketchup mode can not reflect the value of digital information management and construction management of BIM + AR assembly and decoration. Through a questionnaire survey of residents who have used prefabricated decoration in rural areas, Table 2 shows users' cognition of the advantages of prefabricated decoration. Residents only know the construction achievements, but the management effect of BIM + AR is not reflected, and the price advantage is not reflected, which also proves that the phenomenon of CAD + sketch as the basis of construction management is still common.

4 Technical Integrity

Compared with the traditional decoration, the assembled decoration guided by BIM+AR technology can further accurately construct consumables, thereby reducing unnecessary waste of building materials and reducing engineering costs [5]. However, the funds brought back by modern rural residents when they go out to work in their hometowns are not enough. Many residents are willing to assemble low-level materials and even construct a part of space first. The objective factors make the design and construction process of BIM+AR impossible. Therefore, at the present stage of technology application, it is very important to follow the integrity of design and construction management to ensure the core value of technology Most of the construction problems and out-of-control costs are caused by unreasonable supply chain planning, poor communication among stakeholders and insufficient workflow control [6]. The Chongqing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the Municipal Finance Bureau issued the Notice on Launching the Pilot Work of Prefabricated Construction of Rural Houses, which pointed out that the standardized, integrated and modular decoration mode should be promoted, and the application of technologies such as the integration of materials, spare parts, equipment and pipelines should be promoted to improve the level of prefabricated decoration. What the policy shows is the standard level that the assembled decoration should reach, indicating that the technology has not been changed.

5 Service Object Selection

The Chongqing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the Municipal Finance Bureau issued the ‘‘Notice on Launching the Pilot Work of Assembled Farmhouse Construction’’, which pointed out that the overall decoration of assembled farmhouses and the integrated design and collaborative construction of the main structure should be implemented. According to CCPA statistics, in the first half of 2022, the newly-started prefabricated buildings in China accounted for more than 25% of the newly-started construction area, with a total area of 2.4 billion square meters. According to the 14th Five-Year Plan issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, by 2025, prefabricated buildings will account for more than 30% of new buildings. Half of China's 700 million farmers' houses are uninhabitable, and there are at least 200,000 buildings in each farmhouse, with a total market value of more than 20 trillion. Combined with the policy of integrated design and collaborative construction, BIM + AR intelligent assembly decoration can cooperate with assembly building construction and give priority to technology implementation among assembly building users.

6 Local Cooperation

According to incomplete statistics, there are more than 100 enterprises involved in the field of prefabricated interior decoration in China. According to the relevant calculation model, it is estimated that by 2025, the market scale of assembled decoration in China will reach 632.7 billion yuan, with a compound annual growth rate of 38.26%. However, the demand of assembly decoration market is still greater than the industrial scale, and the transportation cost of a large number of engineering projects has become a large proportion. When BIM + AR assembled decoration technology is applied in rural areas, due to the complex rural road conditions, large transport vehicles can not be used in some areas, which increases the engineering cost. Table 3 points out that the price difference between urban prefabricated decoration and traditional decoration at this stage is not very obvious. If the cost increases too much because of rural road conditions, it will affect the business volume. Therefore, in the process of project design, the cooperation of the local assembly materials industry should be strengthened to reduce transportation costs.

7 Sustainable Development

On June 30,2021, in the Technical Standard for Assembled Interior Decoration issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the official definition of assembled interior decoration was: following the principle of separation of pipes and structures, adopting an integrated design methods, coordinating partitions with wall systems, ceiling systems, floor systems, kitchen systems, bathroom systems, storage systems, indoor door and window systems, equipment and pipeline systems, etc., and adopting dry construction method to decorate the parts produced by the factory. The state clearly defines the assembled interior decoration, with the purpose of making it clear that the service life of the assembled interior space will be significantly shorter than that of the main building, and it is necessary to establish the assembled interior decoration to meet the needs of convenient adjustment, disassembly, maintenance and renewal. The use of BIM + AR technology in the assembly decoration construction is the premise to ensure the construction and subsequent sustainable development, and it is also the guide to comprehensively connect with the rural assembly decoration market and cover the high, middle and low-end markets in the future.

8 Conclusion

Under the traditional construction mode, there are often problems of high rework, high cost and waste of resources in interior design, but in order to achieve the final interior design effect, we have to make a compromise [7]. The integration of prefabricated buildings and prefabricated decoration, from design mode to construction management, requires decision makers to make dialectical and systematic trade-offs before making appropriate decisions [8]. Technology is more logical, and the construction and application of rural residential environment should follow the law of technology application. Don't change the progress of the project at will because of interests. With the popularization of technology market and the warming of rural market in the future, it is necessary for enterprises to gain sustainable competitive advantage by adopting innovative technologies [9]. At this time, we can improve the rural low-end assembly decoration market, reflect the application value of BIM + AR technology, and help the rural revitalization strategy and provide support for rural revitalization and digital rural construction through the rural development experience of technology.
